Julie is the proud owner of Future View, a 100% female-owned business. She provides critical business and financial management skills which have been essential the past few years with the changing needs for virtual, hybrid and in-person events. She anchors us at the center of the organization and propels our continual growth with expansion and new services.

Chris “CJ” Shelton

President and CEO

Formerly the National Sam’s Club Accounts Manager for Bose Corporation, CJ has extensive experience managing large teams, directing development, deployment and maintenance of technical equipment and running related logistics in facilities across the country. Mixing that to his previous experience as a salesperson and peppering it well with his forward leaning “down home” styled commitment to serve the client — he leads the company into great relationships with a rare form of integrity and tenacity.

Bill Goodwin

Producer/Director/Designer

Accused of being a “human Swiss Army knife”, Bill bridges the gap between the creative vision and the technical expertise required to make events work. With over 25 years of experience designing stages, creating still and animated graphics, engineering audio, video and lighting, he is your "production concierge,” ready to provide his whimsical brand of conceptual design and engineering for event and video productions of any size.

John Schmansky

Operations Manager

John is a key player in the management of both technical services for our audiovisual division and the overall operations of the company. He ensures that we have the right equipment and it gets to the right place with the right people at the right time. His ability to engineer custom solutions for complex problems makes him a sought after resource on show sites. When he is not being the man behind the curtain, he is the man behind the people behind the curtains on all our shows.

Kim Blaylock

Administrative Coordinator

Kim joined the Future View team in 2022 to help keep all the trains running on time. She brings along with her excellent communications skills and an intuitive ability to translate project and operational needs into well organized documentation and communications that give the team the support they need when they need it. As a bonus, on Zoom calls, we get collaboration with her children who will certainly be taking over the company any minute now.

Alex Shelton

Technical Manager

There is an army of technicians behind the scenes of our Live, Virtual, and Hybrid events. Alex sits at the head of our Technical Services Group, ensuring that we have all the equipment and staff at the right time. He and his crew get up early and stay up late to ensure that attendees’ experiences, on-stage talent, and event organizers are excellent. In addition, these professionals ensure that technology cooperates and every signal gets reliably from Point A to Point B.

Sean Harmer

Business Developer - Interactive Director

Experienced Consulting Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry and early stage ventures. Skilled in IT Strategy, Management, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Marketing Strategy. Strong consulting professional, TechStars Alumnus, and Graduate of George Mason University. He has leveraged his creative graphics expertise, technical knowledge and live show experience to implement VES’s best products

Shawn Miller

Creative Director - Graphics & Animation

Shawn develops dynamic graphics and animated content for immersive live experiences. For over a decade, he has been delivering creative and technical solutions for wide and multi-screen installations, raising each event -- live, virtual or hybrid -- to a new creative level. Beyond being just a super-talented designer, Shawn is an amazing communicator who leverages his ability to understand the client’s communications needs and infuse the content he develops, succinctly, with their message—on brand, every time. Bonus material: as a former stand-up comedian, he’ll keep you entertained along the way.

Carolyn Hanrahan

Creative Director - Video Production

Carolyn Hanrahan is the daughter of the founder and former CEO of Future View, David Hanrahan. Carolyn has been part of the Future View family for 15 years. She effortlessly continues her father’s legacy of producing innovative events and videos for the Future View Creative team. We can’t wait to see what she creates next!

Chris Ensor

Lead Video Engineer

Chris has been working with Future View since 2013. In that time he has grown from a promising video technician into a formidable video engineer. Engineers the video distribution, programs and operates multi-screen switching systems, and solves the most complex AV problems that present themselves on any show. Even under extreme pressure he manages to provide his excellent service with his kind, helpful and good natured charm.

Danilo Roman

AV Technician/Editor/Content Manager

As a versatile player with strong audiovisual skills and experience as well as formal creative film, video, and editing training, Danilo plays crucial roles both in the field and “at home”. From setup to strike he works hard to ensure success for our clients whether as a graphics op, camera op, webcast tech or running the video switch. Back at our HQ he manages all of the media coming in from events, makes copies for stakeholders, maintains our video archives, and then shoots and edits content for marketing. Danilo has his thumb on a little bit of everything we do.

Michael Gessert

Warehouse Supervisor

With 11,000 square feet of cables, connectors, audio-video-lighting widgets, staging, furniture and anything else we add just to make his job more…interesting…Michael is really a clutch player in this business. He makes sure that every item or package of items is inventoried, labelled with a barcode, checked-out, checked-in, QC’d and repaired or replaced when needed. He organizes and labels the truckloads of equipment to ensure the right things end up on the right trucks and therefore the right show. God help you if there’s a missing adaptor in the kit when it comes back…he’ll know and he’ll come looking for you.

Jeorjie Ornstein

Producer

Dynamic, passionate, engaging and accomplished event production leader with extensive expertise creating, implementing, and activating seamless sponsorship and marketing event initiatives for a global clientele. Strategic advisor, lending guidance and hands-on support to internal team and client. Able to maximize any budget to meet client needs and expectations.

Fred Henderson

Audiovisual Technician

Fred brings new, young blood to the Future View Team. He is a utility player quickly learning and mastering audio, video and lighting equipment as well as supporting AV operations by organizing local labor needs. He is adamant about creating a seamless viewing experience for our client’s and embodies the well known phrase in our industry “no one cares more about your sss…super important show than we do. “
