THE ASSIGNMENT
To transform Arena Stage venue in Washington, DC to a conference center and expo hall hosting a full day of inspiring, interactive, and collaborative sessions for in-person and virtual speakers and attendees.
600 in-person and 1,200 virtual attendees
Produced and directed programing on 5 different stages
Custom built 3-sided monitor kiosk for remote speakers
OUR SOLUTION
Our Events team designed the event space using 3D renderings to maximize the venue space, conference flow, and branding opportunities.
Our Audiovisual team provided equipment, production and support for all speaker activity on 5 stages simultaneously: 2 theater stages, 2 satellite stages, and 1 content studio for 1:1 interviews with thought leaders. All stages required a dedicated producer and director.
The full program was live streamed on a website custom built by our Interactive team for all virtual attendees to interact.
A virtual stage manager vetted, coached and prepped all virtual speakers including remote participants live from a conference stage concurrently happening in England. To fully immerse the virtual speakers we designed and developed a 3-sided video kiosk to display remote speakers on stage.
Our Creative team developed a branded and immersive experience custom designed throughout the venue.

We handle complex broadcasting scenarios. For this event, there were up to five concurrent webcast streams including live Spanish and French interpretations with closed captioning distributed across the world for multiple stages simultaneously.

Throughout the event remote speakers were broadcasted into the event.

To direct 1,000+ participants we designed large wayfinder signs to direct attendees to easily find where they needed to go.
