Design a modern, bold stage setting in a large convention center with an intimate dialogue feel — complete with a tiered sponsor exhibition, networking lounge, and seamless flow from the general session to the exhibit hall.

Our team created the large LED wall backdrop, ceiling softgoods to create intimacy within the vast convention space, and a branded networking lounge where sponsors provided luxury seating areas. Social media support and live video clipping were delivered in real time throughout the event — powered by our creative partnership with Antihero.

Transform Arena Stage — a performing arts venue — into a full-day hybrid conference and expo hall for 600 in-person and 1,200 virtual attendees across 5 simultaneous stages, in multiple languages, streamed live to the world.

Our team produced and directed all 5 stages concurrently — including a 3-sided video kiosk that displayed remote speakers on stage in full immersion. A virtual stage manager vetted and prepped remote participants live from a concurrent conference in England. We broadcast up to 5 simultaneous webcast streams including live Spanish and French interpretation with closed captioning.
